Equipped for any call. The West Plainfield Fire Protection District maintains a versatile fleet staffed for rapid response to fires, medical emergencies, auto and aircraft accidents, and public assistance. While AMR provides primary ambulance transport, our first-out apparatus ensure that advanced tools and trained personnel arrive on the scene without delay.

Engine 30

Engine 30 is a 2017 Rosenbauer Commander build-up, equipped with a 1500 gpm mid-ship pump, a 1000 gallon water tank, and a full complement of extrication tools. Engine 30 has a personnel capacity of 6 and is a Type 1 Engine.

Engine 330

Engine 330 is a 2005 Westates Freightliner Quick Attack, equipped with a 750 gpm Hale mid-ship pump, a 250 gpm auxiliary pump, a 600 gallon water tank, a 20 gallon foam tank and a full complement of extrication tools. Engine 330 has a personnel capacity of 4 and is a Type 3 Engine. Engine 330 is first out to all wildland fires.

Brush 30

Brush 30 is a 2019 Ford F550 4x4 Chassis with a custom build by the Stiles Apparatus Workshop (SAW Shop), Brush 30 has a 400 gallon booster tank, 10 gallon foam tank, and 150 gpm pump. Brush 30 has a personnel capacity of 4 and is a Type V apparatus.

Water 30

Water 30 is a 2020 Rosenbauer, 2000 gallon capacity Tactical Water Tender. Water 30 is first out to automatic aid and mutual aid water tender requests in Yolo County.

Brush 230

Brush 230 is a 2017 Ford F450 4x4 Chassis with a custom build by the Stiles Apparatus Workshop (SAW Shop), Brush 230 has a 300 gallon booster tank, 5 gallon foam tank, and 120 gpm pump. Brush 230 has a personnel capacity of 4 and is a Type VI apparatus.
