Lillard Hall - Event Rental - Reasonable Meeting and Gathering Rates

Lillard Hall is a community building available to the public for rent:

  • Special Events
  • Weddings
  • Memorials
  • Service Club Events/Meetings
  • Celebrations
  • Parties
  • Nonprofit Groups/Meetings

Maximum occupancy 150 people

The Hall is under the direction of the West Plainfield Fire Protection Board of Commissioners and managed by Fire Department Staff.

Max rental period is 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, this includes setting up and cleaning up. Events must end by 10:00 PM and the premises must be cleaned, inspected, and vacated by 11:00 PM. See the Rental Policies for additional information.

  • Personal Function - WPFPD Personnel ($50 per hour; security deposit $800)
  • Personal Function - WPFPD Resident ($50 per hour; security deposit $800)
  • Meeting and Class ($50 per 2-hour block *; security deposit $200 **)
  • Other Function - Duration 1-2 hours ($125 per hour, security deposit $1,500)
  • Other Function - Duration 3-8 hours ($120 per hour, security deposit $1,500)
  • Other Function - Duration Over 8 hours (Daily) ($960, security deposit $1,500)
